From individual jobs to complete renovation

An apartment renovation does not have to cover the whole property. Many owners start with the bathroom, kitchen or new flooring and complete the rest in stages. Others want to change everything at once, with new installations and finishes.

We review what you want to do and what the property requires technically, then put together a project on that basis. All the work listed below is illustrative – what is included depends on your apartment and the scope of your project.

  • Bathrooms
  • Kitchens
  • Plumbing, water supply and drainage
  • Electrical installations
  • Flooring
  • Painting
  • Ceilings and plasterboard work
  • Windows and doors
  • Air conditioning
  • Ventilation
  • Project coordination

Specific considerations for apartments

Older apartments on the island often have worn water pipes, outdated electrics and bathrooms without effective waterproofing. These issues only become apparent when the finishes are removed, so we discuss what may come to light before work begins.

A comunidad also has rules on working hours, the transport of materials, lift use and alterations affecting the façade or shared risers. We take these into account when preparing the schedule and handle on-site communication.

When you are away from the island

Many of our clients live in Scandinavia and spend part of the year on Gran Canaria. We manage the work on site, take care of orders and deliveries, and keep you updated throughout the project, so you do not have to coordinate tradespeople from a distance.

Frequently asked questions

Can we renovate in stages?
Yes. Many owners start with the bathroom or kitchen and carry out the remaining work later. We plan the sequence so that installations are completed before finishes.
Does the comunidad need to approve the renovation?
Work affecting the façade, windows or shared risers often requires approval, and there are rules on working hours. We review what applies in your complex.
