From planning to a fitted kitchen

We assess the kitchen space, the current positions of the water supply, drainage and electrics, and what can be moved. We then plan the kitchen around work surfaces, storage and the appliances you would like.

We strip out the old kitchen, reroute services where needed, fit cabinet carcasses, worktops and appliances, and complete the walls, tiling and lighting.

Open-plan kitchens and layout changes

Many properties on the island have small, enclosed kitchens. Opening them up to the living room is common, but requires checks on which walls are load-bearing and what the comunidad permits.

We assess the conditions before planning the work and carry out the building work required.

Extraction, ventilation and electrics

The cooker hood needs an effective duct to the outside or a charcoal filter sized for the room. We also check the electrical installation to ensure there is sufficient capacity for sockets and appliances.
